Anne offers a range of therapies that combine deep tissue relief of neuromuscular therapy and the calming effects of aromatherapy. This blend of treatments means that each client experiences a completely unique treatment on every visit.

Anne has studied massage and use of essential oils as a means to help people to relax and restore balance to their lives. She has continued to develop her skills with additional training in: Aromatherapy and massage for people diagnosed with cancer, Therapeutic Indian Head and Shoulder Massage, LaStone Therapy, Deep Tissue LaStone Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Orthopaedic Sports Massage.

Anne is continually updating her skills and studying in this area allowing her to give the
most appropriate treatment to the individual clients needs.

Anne also specialises in massaging people dealing with the stresses of cancers
treatments and massaging the elderly.

A registered member of the Irish Massage Therapists Association
and the Association of Neuromuscular Therapists.
